On the whole Buffy’s doing really well. I took her bandage off on the 15th and the wound is looking good. She is more unsettled though & whimpers at times. I don’t know if it’s pain although she lays on the stump & I can touch it without any issues, maybe aches from somewhere else on her body because of the strain on the rest of her or just the weather (it is really hot here). I am trying to keep her cool but she does wander at times & doesn’t seem to know what she wants & she’s not eating as much as she was when she was on the full blown pain meds. I’m taking her back to Roseworthy tomorrow morning just for a ‘piece of mind’ check.
