Our new arsenal for the ‘invisible to the naked eye’ battle Buffy’s body is fighting arrived today. I have a lot of reading to do but have already given her today’s dose of K9 Immunity Plus. Of course the ‘yummy’ beef flavoured wafers were deemed by Buffy to not be ‘yummy’ at all and not worthy of her attention.
Thankfully her having a large mouth works in my favour and I managed to get all 6 down her throat whilst fighting off Odin who would have been more than happy to eat them. I still have tablets to give her so I see more disagreements in our very near future. It would be great if I could hide any of it in her food but she’s too smart for that.
Nothing better than laying in the sun after being made to do something you didn’t want to.

That is one content looking dog! She looks so peaceful and calm.
Funny, my Happ Hannah wasn’t thrilled about the K9 Plus “treats” either at first. I just started tossing them I. with her chicken, etc. and she eventually started taking them as separate treats now.
What’s the brown stuff in the clear plastic bag? Just curious. What’s Buffy’s regiment?
That’s such a lovely picture of her in the sun. Talk about appreciating the simple pl.easures of life! You are a sweet girl Miss Buffy….very, very sweet!
Look forward to. ore updates as you c to UE to regain your strength.
Lots of love to all!

Hi Sally and Happy Hannah,
The brown stuff is a bag of dehydrated fishy treats they sent for her to try. There is tuna, hoki, spear fish, calamari, shark cartilage and mussel.
She is on 6 K9 Immune Plus a day, building her up to 6 – 8 fish oil caps, 1 DHA Omega cap per 5 fish oil, 2 Artemix with 3 Butyrex at bedtime coated with philly cheese.
She’s not a fish lover either so getting her to eat tuna or salmon, which would be good, is going to be another challenge.
